Development of your designs is the most important step to ensuring your success in production. We first start sourcing multiple fabric and trim options, then proceed to patternmaking, and sample making. ​

Once full development packages are passed off to the manufacturer, our team will coordinate and communicate with the factories until sample and the fit is approved. ​ Our Design and Development Team provides professional production-ready technical packages for all bulk production detail.

Our Production Management Team will manage the entire production process each step of the way, constantly communicating with the manufacturer to stay on schedule and consult on top of production approvals.

We supervise production in all stages, from initial planning till delivery. We do regular inspections. Initial when fabric gets in house, intermediate when stitching starts and final, when production is ready. We issue technical and quality reports periodically to update on the production stage.
